Margaret Leung, joined our firm as Trainee Solicitor in 2022 and has received sound and all-rounded training on financial services and banking-related laws.  Prior to joining our firm, Margaret had worked in the regional compliance team of a multinational corporation carrying on business in Asia Pacific region and accumulated over 5 years of experience in compliance supervisory functions.

Margaret is engaged to provide services to the clients licensed by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority and the Securities and Futures Commission under the supervision of solicitors which include, license applications, advisory on legal and regulatory compliance matters under banking and securities laws, regulatory inspections and enforcements, fund formation, drafting internal controls and compliance policies, independent investigation report for legal and regulatory compliance, drafting diverse agreements for financial services and wealth management industry and drafting agreements for company matters.

She serves a wide spectrum of clients who include, licensed banks, securities firms, fund managers, and financial services conglomerates.
