Grace Lung was admitted as a Solicitor of the HKSAR and joined our firm in 2022. Her spectrum of practice consists of legal and regulatory compliance on financial services laws, including, without limitation, compliance with banking and securities laws, and general commercial and corporate practice.

She has also engaged in providing services to the financial institutions  licensed by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority and the Securities and Futures Commission on license applications, transfer of undertakings, drafting agreements for financial services including, without limitation, facility agreement and security documents, reviewing  internal policies and controls, which include anti-money laundering and personal data policies and ISDA Agreements, independent investigation for compliance under financial services laws, and legal and regulatory gaps analysis. In addition, she advises clients on listing rules as well as cross-border merger and acquisition.

The clients she serves comprise licensed banks, stated-owned financial services conglomerates, securities firms, funds, fund managers and listed companies.
